Allow Bead Chroma to host your next child's birthday party! Leah creates a fun & creative atmosphere perfect for kids and teens who love to create! Parties can be customized based on age and what the group wants to make, with our most popular option being bracelet making. For younger guests (around ages 7–10) elastic stretchy bracelets are usually best, while older kids and teens can be booked to make a more complex bracelet strung on jewelry wire with a clasp, should they prefer.
Parents are welcome to bring drinks, snacks, and decorations . . . and if time allows, after jewelry-making, the birthday star is welcome to open presents here at the shop, as well!

Birthday parties include . . .
• Up to 2 hours of classroom time that can be used for picking out beads, creating your bracelet, and any snacking, opening presents, etc.
• All materials/tools needed with access to the Bead Bar for all the beads you need for your bracelet + access to the Charm Bar! (1 charm per maker included - additional charms priced a la carte).
• Staff assistance to guide makers along and help with designing and finishing (if needed).
• Goodie Bags, made by Bead Chroma, will also go home with each maker-guest! (approx. value: $8-10+ per bag!)
Tips to help your Bead Chroma birthday party go as smoothly as possible:
If you want your party guests to enjoy some snacks, I kindly request avoiding greasy hand-held foods (like pizza) or messy foods (like Cheetos...Cheeto Fingers!! We all know what those are.), since yummy foods like those can make jewelry techniques tricky and leave fingers sticky!
Cutting and handing out individual pieces of cake can eat into (pun intended!) classroom time more than you'd think as excited kids wait to see what piece they'll get. Consider handing out cupcakes instead if you'd like to sing Happy Birthday to the kiddo of the day! Plus, if creative time runs long, cupcakes can be a little easier for guests to take home.
If you're planning on setting up balloons or other decorations, I recommend coming 15-30min early to get that going. However, please let me know ahead of time so I can make sure to have the classroom prepared for your use before your party start time.
